In an effort to reach out to the public and highlight the programs launched by Prime Minister Modi’s government and the BJP’s commitment to the public, 39 newly sworn in ministers launched a 4-day “Jan Ashirwad” yatra from today.
The yatra is spread over 265 districts in 22 states. A total of 19,567 km will be covered by the new ministers of Prime Minister Modi’s Cabinet 2.0.
Party workers and leaders in charge of 212 parliamentary segments will prepare to make the yatra a success.
As the Modi government has represented the SC/ST communities of OBS and other segments of his cabinet, the yatra will mainly focus on Prime Minister Modi’s commitment to all deserving sections as an equal slice of the pie.
Four central ministers from Karnataka start their yatra from today:
Under the leadership of the Minister of State for Skills Development and Entrepreneurship and Electronics and Information Technology, the BJP today organized a yatra in Hubballi to seek public blessings and also exposed the opposition’s scheme against the government. The yatra will move to Kodagu on August 17. Likewise, on August 18, Shivamogga and Uttara Kannada will be covered and on August 19, the yatra will end in Bengaluru.
Abbaiah Narayanaswamy, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, will lead the yatra on August 17 and will cover Bengaluru Rural and Tumakuru. On August 18, the yatra will reach Chitradurga and Davangere. On August 19, Haveri and Gagad will be covered.
Likewise, dynamic female BJP leader of Karnataka Shobha Karandlaje will cover yatra in Mandya and Chamarajanagar on August 17. She will then move to Mysuru and Hassan on August 18 and on August 20 she will address the public in her home segment Udupi-Chikmagalur.
Bhagwant Khuba, who has been appointed Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilizers, New and Renewable Energy to represent the Lingayat community and also replacing late Minister Suresh Angadi, held Jan Ashirvad Yatra today in Kalburgi and will have a similar yatra on August 18 to its home segment Bidar.
