KS Eshwarappa unhappy with central Karnataka ministers

Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Minister KS Eshwarappa on Monday expressed his anger at some central ministers representing Karnataka.

“Some central ministers representing the state have filed a complaint with Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the handling of the Covid-19 situation in the state. This is wrong, ”he said.

Speaking to reporters, he said some people lack common sense. Complaints had been filed, making unnecessary criticism of the state government and its work under Mahatma Gandhi’s National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA).

“Let them meet Modi directly and chat in person if they are so brave,” Eshwarappa challenged.

The minister asserted that the state government was fulfilling its obligations properly. The work of MGNREGA was carried out according to the instructions of the Prime Minister. An amount of Rs 1,000 crore had been released under this program. People were ready for the work. There was no need to stop the work just because some people were critical.

Eshwarappa strongly inclined against the chairman of the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC), DK Shivakumar.

“Shivakumar believes in appeasement of Muslims. He cannot do politics without Muslims. He indulges in gimmicks to project himself as a capable chairman of the KPCC. He has failed in all the dramas he has staged in the past and he will fail in the dramas that he is directing now, ”Eshwarappa accused.

“The BJP will not allow community discord,” he said.
